Toyota Hilux GR Sport II

We were commissioned to create assets for the launch of the latest addition to the Toyota Hilux lineup, including a product film, social media content, photo assets, and key visuals. As the Assistant Art Director, I was involved from the initial concept development and treatment through to set design and art direction, supporting the creative vision on set and during post-production.

Whether going for a quick ride before work or venturing out of the city for a weekends adventure Hilux GR Sport enables you to relish this precious time, to embrace the thrills of your everyday in head turning style that looks at home whatever you demand of it.

Film protagonist

The Toyota Hilux GR Sport II is much more than a mere vehicle to Max; it's an extension of his style and adventurous personality, equipping him to chase thrills, embrace the unknown, and savor life's most exhilarating moments. With the Hilux GR Sport II, Max gains an unwavering companion that mirrors his love for the outdoors. This versatile vehicle adapts effortlessly to his needs, whether it's ensuring the safe transport of his bike into the forests and mountains or navigating the everyday challenges of his workweek in confident style.

Final result

We created the ‘Elevate Your Everyday’ film to launch the Toyota Hilux GR Sport II to the European market, highlighting its role as more than just a vehicle - it’s a lifestyle companion. Through the film, short-form social videos, and stills, we brought Max’s story to life, portraying the Hilux GR Sport II as an extension of his adventurous spirit and distinctive style. The stills, which reimagine key moments from the film, reflect the core ideas of the campaign - Max’s journey of seeking thrills, embracing the unknown, and effortlessly balancing work and play with confidence and flair - while reinforcing its narrative at every touchpoint.
